Powershell is becomming more import for Windows system administration.
The amount of so called cmdlets was greatly enhanced.
They claim that nearly every aspect of Windows can be configured with Powershell.
Server Core is now the prefered installation of Windows Server. So there is no GUI.
You have to manage Server Core on the command line. Either with cmd.exe or better with Powershell.
